We first met Garry at an open house some time ago and we were impressed by his friendliness and knowledge of the real estate industry. He continued to touch base with us every couple of months without any pressure. When it came to selling our home, we decided to contact Garry for an appraisal. We we were impressed by his professionalism, networking capabilities and his relaxed nature. We chose Garry knowing that everything was in good hands and to our delight we sold in just 12 days.

Selling my property through Buxton-Newtown was a very positive experience. Both Garry and Dylan (auctioneer) were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They communicated with me (and the tenant leasing the property) very clearly at every stage of the process, and provided honest and clear projections of the market to foster realistic expectations. They produced a positive result in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them to prospective vendors.

Garry provided sound, professional advice throughout the sale process. He was always quick to respond to calls and queries and gave us prompt feedback after every opening. In a relatively flat market, Garry's energy and enthusiasm, with an extensive schedule of openings and inspections was able to generate significant interest in the property. This gave us confidence that the final sale price was a fair representation of the market value of the property.
