But it was his time with a Sports Management agency that provided Dimitri's career "light-bulb moment"; when he realised that his commitment to his clients and his talent for building relationships were at the heart of his successes. It was a realisation that now forms the basis of Dimitri's approach, as represents his clients' best interests and make his successes their own.
