Chantal is a dedicated Assistant Property Manager based in Buxton’s Albert Park office, bringing nearly two decades of real estate experience to her role. Having begun her career in 2008, Chantal has developed a strong foundation in property management, known for her organised, efficient, and punctual approach to every task.
Chantal’s hands-on experience spans all aspects of property management, and in her current role she supports leasing, condition reports, maintenance coordination, and a variety of day-to-day operations that keep properties running smoothly.
With a Bachelor of Industrial Design and her Agent Representative qualification, Chantal combines practical expertise with a sharp eye for detail. Her passion for property extends beyond her professional life together with her husband, a builder and developer, she has been actively involved in buying, renovating, and selling homes, giving her valuable insight into the full property lifecycle.
Born and raised in Brighton, where she now lives with her husband and two children, Chantal has a deep appreciation for the local community. She loves the beachside lifestyle, as well as the area’s vibrant shops and restaurants.
Outside of work, Chantal enjoys weekly social tennis, spending time with her family along the coast and indulging her love of shopping. She’s also a devoted animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs.
