An energetic self-starter with a dedication to client service, Krista is the smiling front face of the Port Melbourne Office, the very important interface between our clients and the Buxton team. Highly competent as a communicator and adept at multitasking and problem solving, Krista is the perfect professional for such a role. Her success in banking, particularly in customer service and home loan specialist roles, means she fully understands the importance of the client experience, its property context and quickly employs her superior time management and organisational skills to provide high quality attention and assistance under pressure. When not fielding queries or finding solutions on our busy reception desk, Krista assists our sales team with the myriad of marketing and administrative tasks required to ensure the sales process is a smooth and successful one.

Growing up with a father who is a career real estate professional in Queensland fostered a love of property and an acute understanding of its place in wealth generation and security. Rising quickly from teller to Home Loan Specialist with Bank of Queensland, Krista has assisted countless clients achieve their home ownership dreams over the last fifteen years and, together with completing numerous renovation projects, she brings a unique perspective, valuable experience and rich skill set to her role at Buxton.

Away from work, Krista and her partner love walking their dogs on the beach and are renovating their home by the Bay. As a Sunshine Coast girl, her friends think she’s crazy, but she loves the Melbourne lifestyle, its dining and café scene that allows eating out in a new restaurant every week and looking forward to Spring Carnival! A little taste of home remains in her passion for the Brisbane Lions (but we’re working on changing that too!)
