With a real estate career beginning in 2014, Rachel Van Kuyl brings extensive experience across business development, leasing and property management to her role at Buxton Port Phillip. Joining the team in 2025 she is recognised for her organised, detail-driven approach and her ability to manage complex situations with clarity and professionalism.
Rachel’s early interest in property, strengthened by hands-on renovation experience has shaped her understanding of both client needs and asset care. As a Senior Property Manager she oversees a diverse portfolio and is committed to delivering consistent communication, proactive problem solving and high-quality service across every stage of the tenancy and management journey.
Her strong relationship-building skills, combined with deep industry knowledge allow her to quickly establish trust with both owners and renters. Rachel’s calm solution focused approach ensures clients feel supported and confident in the management of their properties.
Based in Stonnington since 2015 Rachel manages a range of properties across Port Phillip and brings a solid understanding of the local market and community.
Outside the office she is an active hiker, passionate traveller and enthusiastic supporter of the arts. She also enjoys horse riding, a beginner golfer and is kept busy by her kelpie-border collie Tuppence.
