As former guest services agent in a boutique hotel along leafy St Kilda Road, Alvin’s role was to guide, advise, and enable guests to maximise their experience. Starting out in the fast-moving Southbank and CBD areas, Alvin’s natural disposition for smoothing the way and enhancing his clients’ experiences saw him move quickly to a corporate management role - overseeing high-density properties and managing complex maintenance and tenancy issues - before bringing those same skills to the blue-chip beachside market.
