A property professional for all her working life, Amy’s career has covered every property management discipline - including a decade as a Senior Property Manager. Taking responsibility for large south-east suburban portfolios of up to 900 properties, Amy’s career is based on experience, expertise and an endless dedication to providing superior service to property owners and renters alike.
A team player, adept at overseeing maintenance contractors, service providers and in-house systems alike, Amy is an independent and intuitive manager who achieves her best results through confident control of both her properties and portfolio. After years managing high-volume portfolios, Amy appreciates the high-service approach of Buxton Sandringham - working one-on-one with landlords and tenants to understand needs, build relationships, and respond with a personal touch.
Amy is quick to note that the rapid transactions and high pace of large portfolios have provided her with unparalleled insight into the needs of her clients; including an ability to understand and adapt to their specific needs. Approachable, open and committed to communication, Amy builds her service around her clients’ expectations. She is quick to determine whether a highly interactive service with a regular flow of information is desired, whether a hands-off strategy with communication on a need-to-know-basis is preferred…or something in between.
Away from work, Amy adapts her focus to provide time for family and friends in equal measure. Amy’s winters are organised around supporting her team of choice, Richmond, while she finds time in every season for close family – especially a new generation of her niece and nephews.
