Growing up as the daughter of an in-demand Bayside builder, Beth Bodi’s interest in property developed at a young age; driven by visiting building-sites, dinner table conversation, and a family home often under renovation. So, it's no surprise that Beth decided on a career in property and, more specifically, property in her local area.
Joining Buxton Sandringham direct from school, Beth found her home in a nurturing team, whose enthusiasm is only superseded by their knowledge of the local area.
Starting out as an Admin Assistant provided an excellent grounding to opening houses to prospective renters. Beth is even quicker to note that she is happiest getting out from behind her desk. A natural people-person, Beth has an intuitive understanding of how properties work for people… and the people that will best work for the property.
Beth's ability to make a perfect match is enhanced by her strong local understanding and her true love of the Bayside area. Whether advising on local schools, pointing out the best cafes, or knowing where to find the friendliest dog park, Beth’s insider knowledge and wide network in the area, provides the information renters need to make an informed decision on their new home.
Beth’s most memorable experiences are based in the Bayside area.
While most holidays were spent moving fast on Lake Eildon, (Beth first took to skis at the tender age of 3), it’s the Bayside area that holds her interest today. From her youngest years stomping around building sites with her Dad, to her education at the local primary and secondary schools, Beth knows that Bayside is the place to be.
