Drawn to real estate by her own experiences, Beth is naturally empathetic and always approachable. Dedicated to listening, understanding and getting to know the personalities on both sides of the buying and selling process, Beth is laser-focused on the needs of her vendors; quickly developing a strong understanding and working astutely to meet their highest priorities.
Passionate about process and particular about detail, Beth’s empathetic nature is supported by a quick mind and a proactive approach that ensures documentation is always perfect, timelines are always achieved, and her vendors always receive their preferred level of communication. Beth works consistently to really know her clients’ preferences, whether that's keeping a low profile with just the necessities communicated...or providing high-level engagement from listing to sale.
A Bayside local throughout her life, Beth’s knowledge of the area has been developed over the years in the community. Educated at Caulfield Grammar, Beth is connected by school, sport and sociability. Her networks are grounded on the former Thomas St netball courts, built on the Tulip Street basketball courts, and cemented in beachside café-society.
A degree majoring in Psychology from the University of Melbourne is a strong indicator that Beth is more than just a ‘people person’. Intelligent and immensely intuitive, Beth is someone who cares enough to make people her focus... and smart enough to focus her energies on achieving a win/win from first words to final closure. So, it's no surprise that Beth says she has found her perfect industry and ideal position, working with the people and properties she has spent her life getting to know.
