Starting out in a boutique property management agency in the leafy inner-eastern suburbs, Jodie’s real estate career has followed her as far afield as London’s East End, where a diverse clientele and wide range property types added to her unique perspective.

Jodie’s depth of understanding goes beyond local knowledge, to an ability to make her clients and their renters feel understood. She is equally adept at caring for the renters of high-density apartments, as she is managing executive relocations…and just as committed to the interests of owners of apartments, as to the concerns of landlords of multi-million dollar properties.

It is this experience and industry maturity that allows Jodie to cut through politics and personalities to focus on achieving results for her clients. Committed to a ‘win-win’ in even the smallest dealings, Jodie’s first priority is protecting and enhancing the value in her clients’ assets; whether that’s ensuring a rigorous maintenance schedule, securing the most appropriate lease, or maintaining the goodwill and satisfaction of the renter.

Taking a sideways step into interior design while raising her family, Jodie has never been far from properties and the people who own and inhabit them. Taking control of her own renovations in recent years has added another level of understanding to Jodie’s approach, as she has bought, sold, invested, rented and managed her own property with exactly the same level of meticulous care she brings to her clients’ interests every day.
