With a degree in exercise science from Deakin University, years of experience in the fitness and adventure travel industries, and a deep commitment to the local community, Marc Stafford is one of Bayside’s most engaged, and engaging agents. From a high-energy business background guiding treks on the Kokoda Trail, Marc now brings his boundless energy to the sale of his vendors’ properties; providing the strength they need to make informed decisions, the guidance they expect through each stage of the campaign and, ultimately, the negotiation they need to achieve an exceptional result.
Driven by a love of the local area, Marc has maintained a desire to see the people in his community live their best lives. Throughout his life, Marc’s commitment to customer care has been grounded in clients’ individual needs and aspirations. Dedicated to providing the guidance his vendors need as they make potentially life-changing decisions, Marc’s steadfast approach instils the confidence they need to move forward. At the same time, his ability to present the benefits of a property and the beauty of its location, adds the motivation that buyers need to make their move.
Born and bred in Bayside, Marc is a true local expert who is strongly networked through the area’s business, sports and not-for-profit communities. Marc’s extensive travels have only heightened his appreciation of his home area...and his commitment to giving back. Keen to engage with the wider world from his earliest years, Marc spent time working in Vietnam with the Christina Noble Foundation in his 20’s, and now supports the Australian sports charity, Team Sport 4 All. Passionate about social connection and the importance of sport within it, Marc’s reputation as one of the area’s most active agents is well-deserved in every way,
While Marc has travelled and trekked around the world, his life and family has always been grounded in the Bayside area. Now raising his big, blended family to appreciate Bayside’s excellent schools, sports clubs and environment, Marc is an active participant in the life of the community; coaching at Hampton Rovers Football and Beaumaris Sharks Basketball Clubs, and fostering community initiatives including the locally-founded Chatty Café Scheme. Most importantly Marc says, he is raising his kids to understand the privilege of growing up in one of the best neighbourhoods in the world.
