More than just Bayside born and bred, Rachael Luke is intimately connected with the Bayside area through a wide-flung and close-knit network that encompasses family, friends, school and community groups. A committed (and essential) member of the Buxton Sandringham team since 2010, Rachael’s quick wit, natural enthusiasm and willingness to embrace every challenge has seen her head-hunted by Buxton department heads into every area of the business.
Starting out in administration, Rachael moved to marketing, became an expert in advertising and spent time at the coal-face assisting in sales. But it was a role in property management that kept calling Rachael back …and it’s where she has made her home. Known for her pro-active and nurturing approach, Rachael is a property management natural. Dedicated to her role as the link between landlord and renter, Rachael naturally forms bonds, build relationships and develops trust. Her commitment to creating a win-win in every interaction adds real value to her clients’ investments… and real ease to their experience.
Empathetic, communicative and endlessly energetic, Rachael is committed to addressing issues before they become problems… and solving problems before they are even noticed! Feedback on Rachael’s service constantly notes her ability to go above and beyond. Whether it’s responding to tenants’ queries with absolute immediacy, providing pro-active maintenance, or tailoring communications to keep owners up to date, Rachael is a proven performer whose performance wins trust (and friends) at every stage of the process.
It’s no surprise then that Rachael’s life outside of work is focused on building, maintaining and nurturing relationships. A Bayside resident all her life (with just a few years spent overseas), Rachael is continually making new connections and cementing old ones. Having raised her family in the local area, been involved with schools, sport, Scouts and social life, Rachael has a particular rapport with Bayside families, large and small….and an exceptional commitment to ensuring that her ‘family’ of clients and renters receive the care they deserve.
