What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I’ve lived in the area for over 35 years and spent nearly 30 of those working in local real estate, so my connection here runs deep. The relationships, familiarity and local insight I’ve built over time are a huge part of how I work.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Many clients say I’ve changed their perception of real estate agents. I focus on building genuine relationships and giving honest, considered advice, exactly as I would to a family member, so clients feel informed, respected and confident.
What are some core values you live by?
Trust, integrity, clear communication and a strong work ethic guide how I work. I also place real value on long-term relationships, because for me, the connection does not end once the campaign is complete.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
My career has been shaped by taking the long-term view. Real estate is built over time through consistency, honest advice and doing the right thing by people. When you invest in relationships properly, trust and results naturally follow.
