Passionate about people... and selling to people, Scott Hamilton has been in senior sales management roles all his working life. First with large multi-nationals like Coca-Cola then, by following his passion for real estate, with Buxton.

A senior member of the Sandringham team for many years, Scott's passion has been rewarded with a solid reputation for service and stellar sales results - including achieving Buxton Consultant of the Year for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014.

But beyond the awards and accolades, it's his ability to create great results for his vendors that is Scott's greatest reward. His ability to remove stress and conflict throughout the sales process by foreseeing potential hurdles and eliminating them while maintaining a positive view are a blessing to vendors. This approach gives Scott the advantage when negotiating at the upper end of buyers price thresholds.

A lifelong Bayside resident and a regular at many of our local restaurants and cafes, Scott has played football, tennis and golf in the area for years and will be a very familiar face to vendors and purchasers alike. His contribution to the local education system includes two children both of whom completed their schooling locally before completing university degrees. Scott's wife Julie will be familiar to a generation of children and locals having worked at Helen Paul Kindergarten for eons and his son Luke is now a local Osteopath in Hampton Street.

But it's his daughter Brydie who will be best known to Buxton's clients. A member of the Buxton team since 2005, Brydie now works together with Scott - doubling up the Hamilton selling power to become Buxton's most successful selling duo!
