Designed by Rohan Riley and commissioned by a long-time Flinders family, this spacious home offers a prime location overlooking the 10th hole and 11th tee of the Flinders Public Golf Course, with direct fairway access. Opposite Flinders Park and Playground and within walking distance to the General Store, cafes, restaurants, and the pier, it is surrounded by stunning beaches, providing a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat. Spanning two levels, the home features three ground-floor bedrooms, two bathrooms with underfloor heating, a full laundry, a golf storage room, and a bar/kitchenette. A lounge opens to a fire-pit area, while a rear deck offers ocean and golf course views. Upstairs, a curved staircase leads to the master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. At the opposite end, the open-plan "cathedral" room integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, extending to an outdoor dining space with a gas BBQ and seating for ten, perfect for year-round enjoyment. Bedding Configuration: Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms We provide quality linen and cleaning services. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels. Upper Level Room 1: Main room, incl. king bed, walk-in robe, and en-suite, office desk, and chair. Kitchen, dining, living, decked outdoor dining, bbq area, decked balcony sitting area with a golf course and ocean views, a separate powder room, open fireplace. Lower Level Room 2: Queen Room, incl. robe, ensuite, and conjoining powder room. Room 3: Queen Room, incl. robe, share a bathroom with optional toddler bed and change mat. Room 4: Queen Room, incl. robe, shared bathroom. The lower level kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge, and essential tea-coffee, and the living room is inclusive of a smart tv, and an outdoor sitting deck with views of the golf course and a fire pit; the 2nd living space is a perfect space for a quiet read or tv viewing, with books and board games available. All bathrooms include an underfloor heating switch on-off wall panel under the basin. Includes: Nespresso pod coffee machine, including milk frother. All bookings are subject to the owner's approval. Firewood is provided for the duration of your stay; additional is available for purchase from the village store. Pets can stay by prior arrangement; an additional pet levy applies—fully fenced rear yard. Bring your dog bed and pets to stay in the mudroom on the lower level overnight with access to a fully fenced yard facing the golf course. Parties, functions, and smoking are not allowed at this property. Shoes, including heels, and outdoor furniture, are not allowed inside. Key safe access is available. A refundable bond is required. As part of our terms and conditions, an online Guest Registration form must be completed with a signature and a valid driver's licence. The property does not include a lift. Please Note: There are four external CCTV cameras with motion sensors on the property. These are strictly for security purposes only during periods of vacancy. What an amazing house 4 couples, so comfortable

An awesome property to spend the weekend. It is located within a 2 minute walk to town and overlooks the 10th fairway and green on the Flinders Golf Course. The home has everything you need for a great weekend away and easily accommodated our party of 8 adults. We would certainly stay there again, if we came back to Flinders.

Even better than it looks in the photos, would come back again for sure this place is magnificent. Beautiful views across the 11th hole of flinders golf club and of the water, 2 minute walk into the Main Street of flinders. Highly recommend.

The General Store (5 min walk) deserved a shout-out too as this has everything we needed for the trip—very impressive property with lots of indoor and outdoor space.

The house is stunning, and spacious, has great amenities and plenty of different areas to spend time together (bbq area, fire pit, big dining space, deck etc). The location is excellent with a park just over the road, walking distance to the pub & general store (great food and coffee) and amazing views over the golf course. The host, Kirsty is extremely responsive and was in contact with us before and during the stay to make sure we got the most out of our visit. Such a great trip and I really hope we get the chance to come back.

And could not have been any better for our family weekend to celebrate both of my parent's 80th birthday. The brilliant view, the layout so well appointed. A lifetime memory they will always have and treasure. They LOVED it and being golf enthusiasts, we will definitely be back with friends again soon.

Loved all the cooking essentials, oil tea, coffee, milk available on arrival was very helpful! bbq works well and bedroom and cleanliness was perfect, bathroom floor heating was a real treat the kids are now nagging the to have this home!
