Set on a quarter-acre, the property features a large verandah, trampoline, table tennis, and space for the kids to play. You can wander to the golf course or Flinders Pier for fishing and beach walks, including a dog beach.
Inside, enjoy a cozy lounge with an open fireplace, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and three bedrooms with two TVs for added comfort. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, and vanity, with a separate toilet. Just a minute’s drive to the pier, and close to local cafes, wineries, animal farms, and breweries, Kia-Ora Cottage is the perfect base to explore the Mornington Peninsula.
