Surf, Swim & Relax - Holiday House in Point Leo

This spacious double-story home is located in a popular Peninsula surf and family beach area, just a four-minute walk away from Point Leo Beach! Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a large games/lounge area with a small pool table. This area opens out to an undercover space. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a separate bathroom. Two large deck areas flank the open-plan kitchen and dining lounge area with an outdoor setting and gas bbq. Next to the beach, there are large parks and reserves where kids can play. Quality linen and cleaning services are provided for 6 guests; an additional fee is incurred for up to 10 guests. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels. It has good facilities spread over two floors. It is conveniently located walking distance from the Pt Leo beach, surf club and coastal walking trail. The area is quiet. There is also plenty of places to visit in the local hinterland, such as Ashcombe Maze and Pt Leo Estate winery.

We stayed here to get ready for our wedding, and it was perfect. The kitchen and living space was wonderful and great to just chill. Point Leo is absolutely beautiful.

Very comfortable and plenty of room. Excellent location across from the beach and close to plenty of local shop options. We loved our stay and will come back!

I have stayed with my family twice at Rolling Waves, for a month each time. The house is very well appointed and comfortable, and is in a great spot, a short walk to the beach.

The house is in a great location close to the beach and the superb kiosk. It is well set up with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus multiple living spaces as well as a spacious garden. The decks upstairs are perfect for sundowners and meals with friends. Very highly recommended.

Really was the perfect house for 2 families... we all loved it very much. Point Leo is super lovely and quiet - you feel a million miles away from everything. The house is so spacious. Its actually much better than the pictures suggest! Comfy beds, nice linen, bathrooms galore and living areas for everyone. We’re already trying to figure out when we can return. These houses are what makes Airbnb so good... Many thanks for having us!
