There is a split heating and cooling system in the 2nd living room, and the bedrooms are fitted with an electric panel, oil heater, and free-standing fans. The private rear garden is fully equipped with a Weber barbecue, and the kitchen includes a blender, slow cooker, mix master, electric fry pan, waffle maker, and basic essential cooking items. Additionally, there is wifi and an office desk and chair are available in the rear bedroom. The front and back gardens are spacious and neat. Direct arrival access is available; bookings will receive the access information on the day of arrival. Small and quiet pets are welcome; the yard is fully fenced, and pets are subject to approval.
