My family and I live locally, so I have a genuine connection to the area beyond work. Being part of the community gives me real insight into the lifestyle, market activity and what both renters and rental providers are looking for.

I have been in property management for 19 years, and that journey has been shaped by growth, learning and resilience. The wins have taught me, and the setbacks have strengthened my approach, leading me to the role I hold today.
