How has your career led you to the role you are in today?

My career journey has been shaped by 15 years of experience across telecommunications, hospitality and private health insurance, where I developed strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills. These experiences, combined with an interest in property, naturally led me to real estate, where I began as a Leasing Consultant before progressing into my current role as a Property Manager. I’ve always enjoyed working with people, problem-solving and building trust, so property management felt like a natural fit. I’m excited to continue building my knowledge, growing within the industry and using my previous experience to provide a positive and personalised experience for my clients.

Your Buxton agent visits your property, considers its features, location, and market conditions, and combines that with recent leasing data to give you a clear, realistic view of its value.
We analyse comparable properties, current market trends, and your home’s unique qualities. From there, we provide a considered range that reflects what renters are likely to pay.
Not at all. An appraisal is simply insight - a way to understand your property's value and your options before making any decisions.
Typically, we recommend an in-person appraisal so we can assess your property fully. In some cases, a virtual appraisal can provide a helpful initial guide.
Agents weigh factors differently - recent lease results, market conditions, and property features. At Buxton, we combine local insight, data, and experience to provide a balanced, realistic appraisal you can trust.
