What is your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
While I do not live in St Kilda, I work in the area and spend significant time here. Through work, I have become familiar with the neighbourhood, its atmosphere and the way the area moves day to day.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
People often find me approachable, reliable and easy to communicate with. Working across marketing, administration and reception means I can provide well-rounded support, anticipate needs and help make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
How has your career led you to the role you are in today?
I worked as a Property Manager for 16 years, which gave me strong foundations in client relationships, organisation and fast-paced problem-solving. Moving into marketing and reception allowed me to build new skills while still using my property background, and my role has naturally grown from there.
