What is your personal connection to the neighbourhood?

I have worked in St Kilda since February 2021 and spend plenty of time enjoying the area after hours, from the Palais and Astor theatres to local eateries and the beach on a hot day. It is a lively, colourful place to work and connect.

What do your clients commonly say you do differently?

Clients say I am personable and quick to respond, sometimes even after hours. I ask owners and renters how they prefer to be contacted, because clear communication looks different for different people.

Tell us about any community initiatives you are proud of.

I have taken part in three Connor's Runs so far, including one with Buxton, and I plan to continue. It is a meaningful way to support an important cause while being active in the community.
