Buxton Bendigo Incentive Terms and Conditions

1. **Eligibility**: This incentive is available exclusively for residential properties.

2. **Prospective Landlords**: Landlords who have previously contacted Buxton Bendigo for an appraisal or other inquiries but have not yet transferred their property management to Buxton Bendigo are eligible for the management discount.

3. **New Landlords**: The incentive applies only to new landlords who sign up with Buxton Bendigo during the promotional period. Existing landlords are not eligible. However, landlords who signed up before this promotion have been notified of the new incentive.

4. **Multiple Properties**: If a landlord has multiple properties, all properties under Buxton Bendigo management will receive the discount. There is no limit to the number of properties that can benefit from this discount.

5. **Discount Application**: The discount is a straight 50% off the management fee and is applied directly to the monthly management fee.

6. **Duration of Discount**: The 50% management fee discount applies for a duration of 12 months from the commencement of the property management agreement.

7. **Applicable Fees**: The discount applies solely to the management fee. All other fees and charges will remain as they are.

8. **Transfer Process**: Landlords who start the process of transferring their property management to Buxton Bendigo before midnight on June 30, 2024, will still be eligible for the discount, even if the transfer completes after this date.

This incentive promotion ends at midnight on June 30, 2024.
