Currently based in Melbourne, Ling offers a unique combination of global vision and local market insight to support clients through every stage of their property journey.

Prior to relocating to Australia, Ling spent nearly a decade at Vanke, one of China's largest real estate developers (Fortune Global 500), where she led major retail and residential property launches, oversaw hotel asset operations, and developed CRM ecosystems with over 500,000 users. She also designed and implemented customer engagement strategies, managed large-scale marketing campaigns, and created standardized frameworks for crisis response and service improvement.

Ling holds a Master’s degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics (LSE), and dual bachelor's degrees in Sociology and English Translation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she excels in high-pressure, multicultural environments, combining strategic thinking with cross-cultural communication.
