What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood? I’ve lived and worked in Camberwell for more than half of my 20-year property management career. Being both a local resident and long-term industry professional has given me a strong understanding of the area’s homes, streets and evolving rental market. What do your clients commonly say you do differently? Clients often say I combine attention to detail with clear, straightforward advice. I focus on long-term outcomes and consistent communication, which helps clients feel confident their property is in safe hands. How has your career led you to the role you’re in today? Over two decades, I’ve seen market cycles, legislative change and shifting client expectations. That experience has shaped a measured, strategic approach and naturally led me into a leadership role overseeing people, process and performance. Take us through your most meaningful client story. I’ve continued to manage one client’s properties for 16 years while progressing through different roles and agencies. Maintaining that relationship over such a long period reinforces that property management is built on trust, not just property.
