How has your career led you to the role you're in today?

I began my Property Management career in 2015 on Reception and quickly discovered a passion for the industry. From there, I progressed into Property Management, became a Senior Property Manager, and later spent eight years as a Head of Department. Today, I have returned to managing a portfolio because I genuinely enjoy working closely with clients and helping them achieve their goals. I find great satisfaction in helping people feel comfortable in their homes and guiding clients toward positive outcomes. My career journey has given me valuable experience, knowledge, and leadership skills, while also shaping my own approach to property management. I am in the role I am today because of my passion for helping people, my commitment to delivering results, and the genuine enjoyment I get from what I do every day.
