What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
Dingley Village has been part of my life for a long time. I’ve grown up spending a lot of time in the area through family and friends, and I’ve also built a strong connection through playing at Dingley Football Club. Between footy, friends and now starting my real estate career here, I’ve spent plenty of time in Dingley and really enjoy the community feel of the area. It’s exciting to now be working somewhere I already know well and feel genuinely connected to.
What are some core values you live by?
For me, it comes down to being genuine, reliable, and treating people properly. If I tell someone I’m going to do something, I want them to know it will get done. I also think communication is huge. People should never feel like they’re being left wondering what’s happening, especially when they’re dealing with something as important as property. I’m naturally competitive and always want to improve, but I never want that to come at the expense of being a good person to deal with.
Why Buxton?
Buxton stood out to me because of the people and the opportunity to learn from agents who have built strong careers in the area. From my first experiences with the team, I liked that there was a real focus on relationships, local knowledge, and doing things properly. Starting my career somewhere with experienced people around me was really important, but I also wanted to be somewhere I could grow into my own role over time. Buxton felt like the right combination of strong mentorship, high standards and genuine connection to the local community.
