How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
My background as an electrician gave me a strong understanding of how buildings work, particularly around safety, maintenance and compliance. I was often troubleshooting issues and working with trades, which gave me practical skills that now support my property management work. Over time, I realised I enjoyed the bigger picture of managing properties and working with people.
