How has your career led you to the role you’re in today? My career has gradually led me into this role through experience across property management and administration. Over time, I’ve developed strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills while supporting both portfolios and the wider team. That naturally led me into operational responsibilities, improving systems and helping the department run smoothly. Why Buxton? I initially joined Buxton on a temporary basis and didn’t know a great deal about the company at the time. It didn’t take long to realise what a great business it is to be part of, especially because of the supportive team culture and genuine sense of community. Feeling valued and appreciated continues to motivate me.
