I believe in being genuine, following through on my commitments, and always treating people with compassion and respect. I also think a sense of humour is important — it helps build connection and puts people at ease during what can sometimes be a stressful process.

Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of.

I’m passionate about giving back to the community, particularly through my involvement with the local charity Make A Difference. One initiative I’m especially proud of is the “Food for Families” program, which supports low-income households with essential groceries and meals. Seeing the positive impact it has on local families has been incredibly rewarding.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

My career journey began in operations, where I developed strong systems and people management skills, before moving into account management and relationship-focused roles. When I transitioned into real estate, those experiences provided the perfect foundation. Combined with my passion for homes and design, they’ve allowed me to build strong client relationships and deliver a personalised, supportive experience.
