What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?

My community and neighbourhood are an integral part of my life. I love the everyday connections - stopping for a chat, gathering at local events and seeing people care for one another. I’ve also been involved in Lions, the Community Bank, the Bowls Club and fundraising for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

What are some core values you live by?

Kindness, honesty, helpfulness and supportiveness guide how I live and work. I want people to feel understood, valued and lighter after dealing with me. In property management, I see people trusting me with something significant, and I take that responsibility seriously.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

My real estate journey began in 2002 as a receptionist, and I’ve been fortunate to gain experience across administration, sales and property management. I’ve also been a Director and helped grow other businesses. Today, I focus on managing a portfolio and delivering excellent service while maintaining balance in life.

Here to help

Your Buxton team member will cover the details - here’s a clear view of what an appraisal involves.

We approach appraisals as a practical conversations, grounded in real data, local insight and what matters most to you.

Speak to us

Your Buxton agent visits your property, considers its features, location, and market conditions, and combines that with recent leasing data to give you a clear, realistic view of its value.

We analyse comparable properties, current market trends, and your home’s unique qualities. From there, we provide a considered range that reflects what renters are likely to pay.

Not at all. An appraisal is simply insight - a way to understand your property's value and your options before making any decisions.

Typically, we recommend an in-person appraisal so we can assess your property fully. In some cases, a virtual appraisal can provide a helpful initial guide.

Agents weigh factors differently - recent lease results, market conditions, and property features. At Buxton, we combine local insight, data, and experience to provide a balanced, realistic appraisal you can trust.
