Naomi has a lifelong connection to Melbourne’s west and a deep appreciation for Yarraville’s community spirit. After many years working locally, she chose to make the area home. Naomi brings client service experience, attention to detail and a warm, relationship-focused approach to property management.

What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?

Living in Yarraville has given me a true sense of belonging. I’ve worked here for over 24 years, and the friendships, familiar faces and strong community spirit are what eventually led me to move here with my son. It’s a vibrant, safe and welcoming place that has created many lasting memories for us.

What are some core values you live by?

Continuous learning, personal growth and strong relationships are important to me. I don’t like to stay stagnant, and I value the trust and support that come from building genuine connections over time.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

I began in a salon environment before moving into property management, which was a new and exciting profession for me. Both industries are strongly client-focused, so the transition felt natural. Property management has allowed me to build trust, manage expectations and provide a high standard of service with attention to detail.

Your Buxton team member will cover the details - here’s a clear view of what an appraisal involves.

We approach appraisals as a practical conversations, grounded in real data, local insight and what matters most to you.

Speak to us

Your Buxton agent visits your property, considers its features, location, and market conditions, and combines that with recent leasing data to give you a clear, realistic view of its value.

We analyse comparable properties, current market trends, and your home’s unique qualities. From there, we provide a considered range that reflects what renters are likely to pay.

Not at all. An appraisal is simply insight - a way to understand your property's value and your options before making any decisions.

Typically, we recommend an in-person appraisal so we can assess your property fully. In some cases, a virtual appraisal can provide a helpful initial guide.

Agents weigh factors differently - recent lease results, market conditions, and property features. At Buxton, we combine local insight, data, and experience to provide a balanced, realistic appraisal you can trust.
