Tara is warm, worldly and service-focused for our front desk, covering Reception while also supporting the Property Management team with their administrative tasks. With plenty of experience across IT banking, property management and leasing, she understands the rental process from multiple angles and supports clients with care, patience and genuine professionalism.
What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
Work is my connection to the neighbourhood, and through that I’ve built a genuine appreciation for the Inner West team, clients and community. Being part of the office has helped me connect with people from all walks of life.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
People often describe me as warm, genuine and always ready to listen and help. I try to bring patience and kindness to every interaction, especially when someone needs guidance or reassurance.
What are some core values you live by?
Compassion, responsibility, authenticity and balance are values I live by. I believe in being helpful and genuine, while also staying grounded in how I support others.
