How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

I entered real estate straight from school and have spent my career focused on leadership, growth, and performance. Over the years, I’ve led award-winning agencies and worked across major national franchise groups in business development roles. My experience spans recruitment, mentoring, sales performance, property management, and strategic business growth, all of which now support my role leading Buxton Dingley Village–Keysborough.
