What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
My connection to Aspendale Gardens and the surrounding suburbs goes far beyond property — it’s personal. I’ve proudly called the area home for over 20 years, and living locally has given me a genuine understanding of what makes this community so special. My children attended local schools, built lifelong friendships here, and even had their first jobs at the local shops. I love introducing buyers to the area and sharing the little things only a true local would know.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
People often describe me as down-to-earth, honest, and relatable — no false promises or unnecessary theatrics. My background spans community-focused welfare work through to large-scale infrastructure projects, which gives me a balanced and empathetic approach. Clients appreciate that I combine strong advocacy and negotiation skills with honest advice and genuine integrity.
Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of.
I’m especially proud of helping create our Pink Gala Dinner events in support of the NBCF. Across three events, we raised close to $100,000 through the incredible support of local businesses and community members. It’s a great example of what can happen when a community comes together for an important cause.
What are some core values you live by?
Integrity is everything to me. I believe in treating people the right way, whether it’s family, friends, buyers, or vendors. Being authentic, trustworthy, and willing to speak up when something isn’t right is incredibly important
