What are some core values you live by?

Loyalty, integrity and accountability are values I strive to bring to both my professional and personal life. I believe in backing yourself, taking ownership and embracing opportunities for growth, even when they feel challenging. One quote I always come back to is, “What if it doesn’t work out? But what if it does.” It’s a mindset that has guided both my career and personal growth, reminding me that some of the best opportunities come from having the confidence to take a chance and the resilience to see it through.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

My career has taken me across many areas of the real estate industry, including sales, property management, training, onboarding and business operations. Working across these functions has given me a broad understanding of what drives successful teams, strong client outcomes and sustainable business growth. Those experiences naturally led me into operations, where I can combine leadership, strategy and problem-solving to support our people, strengthen business performance and drive continuous improvement.
