What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
Growing up in Hamlyn Heights, I feel part of the community and have enjoyed watching it grow. It is special to help long-time owners sell family homes and see first-home buyers begin their property journey.

What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Because of my down-to-earth nature, I’m often told I’m not like other agents. That means a lot to me, because honesty matters and I believe our role is to be genuine while helping clients buy and sell successfully.

Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of
I’m proud to coach senior female football at Belmont Lions Sports Club. I love giving back to the game and helping women develop their skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

Nicholas had a great knowledge of the Geelong area and in particular the area we sold in. He went above and beyond to ensure we were up to date with relevant information and was outstanding with his communication skills. Nick proved very reliable and my wife and I couldn't have asked for anything more. What really stood out for us was that he was just a genuine guy and this made it easy to build trust from day 1.

Nic was fantastic to deal with. He explained how he saw our property sitting in the current market and based off that devised an advertising strategy that would target a certain buyer demographic. Just as he said, we had 4 parties request an inspection within the first week, which resulted in 3 potential buyers coming back for a 2nd inspection. Property sold within 3 weeks. Brilliant.
