Having worked her way up from Assistant Property Manager, she understands every level of the department and leads with accountability, respect and transparency, ensuring the team remains knowledgeable, compassionate and well supported.

What do your clients commonly say you do differently?

Clients often say I don’t just look after their property; I run it properly. I am transparent about what is happening, what needs attention and what the plan is, with no grey areas or unnecessary fluff.

What are some core values you live by?

Integrity, loyalty and balance are important to me. I believe your word matters, and if I say I’m going to do something, I follow through. I also believe in kindness, honesty and looking after yourself so you can look after others well.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

I started as an Assistant Property Manager with Buxton and worked my way through every stage of the industry. Because I have been in each position, I understand the pressures, responsibilities and importance of strong systems and team support.
