Commencing her property career in 2021, Cherie brings a wealth of experience to her real estate career from previous roles as an architect, fundraising coordinator, and hospitality professional. A fully qualified architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, Cherie’s keen eye for design and unique ability to understand and convey the potential of spaces gives her an enviable advantage in assessing, conveying the benefits of and creating marketing strategies for her clients. This, combined with her easy, approachable demeanour, clear communication and dedication to client service, ensures that she not only meets but exceeds her clients’ expectations.
An expat for 17 years living in New York and New Jersey in the USA, Cherie offers a broad perspective and a unique ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her extensive experience in apartment living over the last 20 years further enriches her expertise, especially for clients interested in inner-city bayside properties. Currently residing in Docklands, Cherie appreciates the vibrancy of the CBD and its immediate surrounds with excellent local and awarded dining, entertainment options, renowned shopping, and appealing open spaces.
When not at work, Cherie loves spending time with her two boys, entertaining, travelling, and photography. Her favourite colour, purple, subtly reflects her vibrant and creative personality.
