Start, invest or empty-nest, don’t settle for less than the original and the best! The original home on a now sub-divided site, this three bedroom brick veneer classic retains all it’s great proportions, all its original mid-Century appeal and exactly the right amount of easy-care land. Freestanding on the streetfront, this substantial front home is a superior example of its time with an extra-large lounge, a generous dining area (to take a setting for at least 6m), and three genuine double bedrooms – all with built-in robes. Updated with a stylish glass-splashback kitchen with a stainless-steel dishwasher, this impeccably maintained home features a clever separate-facility bathroom (with separate WC and shower-room), gas-heating, fan-cooling and an air-conditioner. With broad lawns out front, an all-weather patio in the carefree backyard and two-car parking beyond the back-gate, this spotless and stylish home ticks all the boxes for substantial front home living….there’s even potential for investors to retain an excellent on-going tenant. The location has it all too, exactly the right distance from Southland (close enough for an easy walk, but well beyond parking hassles), close to the ‘secret’ shortcut to William Fry Reserve (and the future South Eastern Suburban Loop station ) and a walk to Highett’s hospitality strip.
