St Leonards has become the suburb of choice to relocate for a sea change.
We have on offer this beautiful family home with the best of fittings and a size to accommodate the largest family. Be that for permanent living or your escape from the rat race holiday location.
A large home that has zones for living two downstairs and one upstairs.
Your new home has four generous sized bedrooms, all with WIR’s, plus a study. Three bathrooms one downstairs for when you return from the beach, no need to traipse sand through the house at all.
Take a look at the floorplan and your next step will be to arrange an inspection to check out the size of all the rooms.
St Leonards is a coastal township near Geelong, Victoria, Australia, at the eastern end of the Bellarine Peninsula and the northern end of Swan Bay. Situated 33 kilometres east of Geelong, St Leonards was a filming location for the Australian television series Sea Change. New amenities are being added on a regular basis too.
Because St Leonards faces east, it has the advantage of views over Swan Island towards the heads, as well as across the bay as far as Melbourne on a clear day. It has a foreshore reserve that runs from Indented Head in the north, to Lower Bluff wildlife reserve in the south. There are three camping areas on the foreshore, numerous boat ramps, and a yacht club.
