Growing up on the Mornington Peninsula, Stefan Delyster's sights were set firmly on some of the area's most desirable real estate - principally the lush Greens of the peninsula's golf courses. Realising his dream to become a golf professional at Flinders and Moonah Links Golf Clubs, Stefan went on to play professionally overseas ...even enjoying time working as a professional at the home of the golf, St. Andrews.

But when it came time to settle into life back at home, it was real estate of a different kind that caught Stefan's attention. Always interested in the property industry, Stefan stayed true to his beachside, Course-locale roots and chose the agents who are the experts between the Sandbelt and the bay - Buxton Sandringham!

With a laid-back style that belies a fierce desire to win, Stefan brings a competitive edge to all his dealings. However Stefan is quick to note that his favourite part of the week is the cut and thrust of auction day and the negotiations that surround it.

Although the 24 hour-a-day demands of property have taken over from the world of elite sport, Stefan continues to set sporting goals. He is committed to gym training and is in the process of switching his golfing allegiances from the Mornington Peninsula to the Sandbelt. But for most of the time, Stefan's competitive drive is channelled towards being part of an unbeatable team, he's quick to say that seeing his clients' results on the Leaders' Board is his first priority!
