I’ve been connected to the area through local business networks for many years and also live locally, so my connection to the community runs well beyond real estate. That ongoing involvement has given me a strong understanding of the people, local businesses, and relationships that shape the area and make it such a great place to live and work.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Clients often comment on my calm demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and ability to consistently achieve outstanding results. I aim to bring a steady, personable and solutions-focused approach to every campaign, while always following through on what I promise. Creating confidence and trust throughout the process is incredibly important to me.
What are some core values you live by?
I strongly believe in never making promises you can’t keep and always going above and beyond wherever possible. Being kind, consistent, and genuinely human may sound simple, but those qualities matter greatly in both business and life. I believe trust is built through honesty, reliability, and treating people with respect at every stage of the journey.
Take us through your most meaningful client story
I was selling a property in Bentleigh for a family that were going through a divorce. One of the kids was crying and asked me why I had to sell his house, like I was the bad guy in the story. This destroyed me. After the sale whilst chatting with the kids I decided to buy them all Gold class movie tickets and a night out. The mother called me after the movie and said that she hadn't seen the kids so happy for a long time. I think we forget that sometimes the smallest gestures make the biggest impacts. Not all sales have a happy ending but it's our job to create the best experience for our clients.
