Very disappointing experience. Communication effectively stopped once the property went unconditional, leaving me feeling lost when an issue was raised prior to settlement. Emails and calls for assistance went unanswered and settlement occurred with no acknowledgment from Tai or the team. I raised my concerns directly with Tai by email afterwards hoping for explanation, but this was also ignored. As someone who works in real estate in QLD, I was genuinely mortified by the lack of communication.
