What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I’m Ballarat born and raised, and my friends and family are all based locally as well. Growing up, I was involved in a variety of sporting clubs, including Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre, Ballarat Soccer Club, Midlands Golf Club and Futsal Ballarat, which helped build strong connections within the community. I enjoy Ballarat’s quiet, family-friendly lifestyle, along with its growing hospitality scene and wide range of dining options.

Clients often comment on my commitment and availability, as I’m always willing to go above and beyond to support them throughout the process. I try to give every client the time, care and attention they deserve, and people appreciate the level of communication and dedication I bring to my role.
What are some core values you live by?
My parents instilled many important values in me from a young age, which I’ve grown to appreciate even more over time. Respect, honesty, loyalty, gratitude and empathy are values that continue to guide the way I live and work. I often heard the saying, “treat others as you would like to be treated,” growing up, and it’s a principle I still strive to live by every day.
Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of
I’m proud to work for Buxton and be part of the support we provide to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, raising awareness and contributing to a cause that impacts so many people. On a local level, Buxton Ballarat also supports the Ballarat Foundation each year, and it’s rewarding to know we’re able to give back and contribute to our own community.

A lifelong member of the Ballarat community, Cade has played soccer for the Ballarat Soccer Club, plays and coached tennis at the Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre, and enjoys playing golf at Midlands Golf Club. His involvement in sports has instilled in him values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
