After finishing year 12 in Echuca, Lucy relocated to Ballarat to commence her studies in Melbourne. Realising that this path wouldn't bring her satisfaction, she made a career change and ventured into real estate, a decision she has never regretted.

Lucy completed her Cert IV in property services and began her journey at Buxton, starting at the reception desk and eventually progressing into her desired role as a personal assistant to two prominent agents and directors in Ballarat.
