Peter was great to deal with. We got 3 other agents in to value the property, all of which gave outlandish estimates of what we could achieve for our property (we had a fairly good idea of what the property is worth). Peter provided some great cost effective advice as to how to get the property ready for sale. Little improvements that would make a big difference. His marketing plan was excellent and reasonably priced. He recommended a price range that turned out to be spot on and was able to negotiate the purchaser up to a price that worked for me.
