We dealt with Michael on a property that we purchased. We found Michael to be courteous and professional. Michael was honest and upfront when discussing the value of the property that we were interested in buying. He was not pushy like some real estate agents are, and he gave us every opportunity to put in our offer. In the end I believe that Michael helped both the vendors and ourselves to come to a good price that we were all happy with.

Michael was fantastic during my recent property purchase in Ballarat. He was highly responsive, informative and his communication was excellent throughout the process - even after hours and on weekends (above and beyond - thank you Michael!). What made his approach outstanding was that I was based interstate under COVID lockdown restrictions, but he made the process so easy - facilitating a video property inspection, allowing contacts in Ballarat to undertake Pre-Settlement Inspection, recommending great building/pest inspectors and finding workarounds instead of hard copy document signing.
