A young couple expecting their first child had their home appraised by three different agents while preparing to upgrade to a larger property. Those appraisals set expectations that I didn’t believe reflected the home’s true value or rarity within the market, so I presented a clear and confident strategy that ultimately earned their trust. We went on to sell the property for more than $130,000 above the previous appraisals. As first-time sellers, they were overwhelmed and emotional with the result, which made the experience incredibly rewarding for me as well.
