What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I’ve lived across several suburbs within the region and developed a strong connection to the area over many years. Driving past iconic locations such as Lake Wendouree, the Arch of Victory and Lydiard Street always gives me a real sense of belonging and appreciation for the community I’m proud to call home.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Building strong relationships with trades, rental providers and renters is a key part of the way I manage properties. I believe good communication and strong working relationships help create faster, smoother and more positive outcomes for everyone involved. Clients appreciate that I focus on finding practical and mutual resolutions to issues while keeping people informed throughout the process.
What are some core values you live by?
Communication is incredibly important, both in property management and in everyday life. I believe that when challenges arise, communication becomes even more important to ensure everyone stays informed and there is a clear plan moving forward. I also value consistency, professionalism and approaching situations with a calm and solutions-focused mindset.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I initially started in real estate as a Property Management Assistant in 2021 before being given my own portfolio to oversee and manage. Since then, I’ve continually focused on growing my knowledge and developing my skills as a Property Manager. Real estate is an industry that is constantly evolving through changing regulations and day-to-day situations, and I’m always motivated to keep learning and improving in my role.
